Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a parison for a bellows having a significantly increasing number of wall thickness variations per unit length with extremely high precision.
CONSTITUTION: Both control devices 14, 50; 15, 51 are connected to a computer which is always in an actively working mode for molding a bellows when a neck mold 6 is actuated to change its working position apart, and also connects the neck mold 6 to a continuous working stroke measuring device 14 and transmits the measurement value to the computer from the stroke measuring device 14 under a program relative to the off-the-position stroke of the neck mold 6 which is provided in the computer to control the shaping progress of the transverse face of the parison 18 to be manufactured across its entire length. In addition, the control devices 14, 50; 15, 51 control the velocity increase of the neck mold 6 during the off-the-position stroke and overlaps the reciprocating motion of an outlet gap 3 controlled alternately to the large gap width and the small gap width over the velocity characteristic of the neck mold 6 which is continuously controlled during the section for the neck mold 6 to further pass through.
