A single or multiply layered first resin continuously extruded from first resin extruders 10a-10c is formed into intermittent first parison parts 36 by moving a core member 4 up and down to open and close a first die head outlet 23. Further, a second resin consisting of one or more resins given by one or more second die head outlets 24 other than the first die head outlet is discharged between the intermittent parisons 36 to connect them to form second parisons 37. Two or more resins are disposed in a longitudinal direction of the parison.
