Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parked vehicle charging system, a road side communication device and a parked vehicle charging method capable of preventing a burden of a driver in parking, and recognizing and charging an unrightfully parked vehicle.
SOLUTION: When a vehicle detecting sensor 4 detects a vehicle, parking start time is recognized and vehicle identification information is detected by radio communication between an antenna 6 and an ETC on-vehicle apparatus 2a. When the vehicle detecting sensor 4 stops detecting the vehicle 2, a parking end time is recognized, the vehicle identification information is detected by the radio communication between the antenna 6 and the ETC on-vehicle apparatus 2a, and a fee is charged for the parking duration.
