PURPOSE: To simplify the smoke discharge system, the ventilation system, and the fire extinguishing system of a parking area constituting part.
CONSTITUTION: A parking area building body 1 is built such that a building ranging from first floor to a fourth floor is used as a living constituting part 3 and a building ranging from a fifth floor to a roof is used as a parking area constituting part 4 with a fifth floor standing on a boundary therebetween. The parking area constituting part 4 has a structure such that a central ramp housing 7 is erected from the central part of the fifth floor, and an outer peripheral housing 9 is erected at the outer periphery of the central ramp housing 7 through a given buffering space 8 in a manner to surround the outer periphery of the central ramp housing 7. The outer peripheral housing 9 comprises a multi-storied parking floor 10 and is partitioned into two areas of one being a middle story area 5 ranging from a fifth floor to a tenth floor and the other being a high story area 6 ranging from an eleventh to a roof.
