A parking brake operating element 45 with a position to be changed according to the rotational movement of a cam drum 33 is provided on a gear-type transmission 13 for changing the speed by the rotation of the cam drum 33. The operating element 45 is so constituted that a main shaft 21 may be fixed by the rotation of the cam drum 33 to the parking position and that the main shaft 21 may be rotatable by separation of the cam drum 33 from the parking position.
