A bead 20 projecting toward the outside is provided in a point of a groove which is a part of one side of a side plate 7 of a parking brake lever body 3 in the U-shaped cross section and constituted by the one side of the side plate 7 of the parking brake lever body 3 and a bent part 8 formed on the periphery of a cable guide plate 4, and a parking brake operation cable 10 is arranged in contact with a projecting top of this bead.
