Abstract:
PURPOSE: To inform a driver of the case that a parking brake safety device is operated when the driver leaves from a vehicle, a relating to the parking brake safety device provided in order to ensure safety of the vehicle during parking.
CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle provided with a parking brake, the constitution is formed such that a brake assist drive means 125, parking brake operating condition detecting means 16, car speed detecting means 13 and a control means 9 of controlling operating of the brake assist drive means 125 in a system-on state are provided also to provide an alarm generating means 181 of operating an alarm member 180 after a lapse of prescribed time from this system-on state by triggering a timer 65A.
