Abstract:
To provide a method for claiming payment of charges at an unmanned parking lot in addition to a telephone rate by using a cellular telephone which a user has and to provide a system therefor.
A parking lot management center 20 is informed of a parking request and an exit request from the cellular telephone which the user has. The parking lot management center 20 then instructs a parking controller 10 to open/close a parking gate 3, calculates the parking charge and informs a cellular telephone company 30 of the parking charge. The cellular telephone company 30 claims the parking charge to the user 1 by adding the parking charge to the telephone rate.
