To provide a parking device, in which extensive car kinds can be retained surely regardless of the height of car bottoms and which does not damage the car bottoms and can prevent a stolen ride.

The parking device has car-bottom retaining means composed of sticks 1 for retaining a car bottom being disposed in the longitudinal direction of a car and capable of being erected in perpendiculars by the elastic force of elastic members (such as coil springs) and stick pushing members pushing the sticks 1 for retaining the car bottom and holding the sticks 1 under a horizontal state while releasing the pushing force and erecting the sticks 1. It is preferable that the stick pushing members comprise cam-shaped bodies installed to horizontal shafts, projecting sections are formed to the lower sections of the sticks 1 for retaining the car bottom, and the sticks 1 are held under the horizontal state while the pushing force of the sticks are released and the sticks are erected by engaging the cam-shaped bodies with the projecting sections of the sticks 1 when the horizontal shafts are rotated.
