CONSTITUTION: A lower stage car induction floor 9, which serves as a car entrance and exit, and an upper stage car induction floor 10, which serves as a car exit, are installed close to each other above a mechanical parking device 4 where a plurality of parking spaces 8 are installed along a cart running passage in which a convey cart moves back and forth reciprocally on a horizontal plane. A lift 14, which serves as an entrance and exit and a lift 15, which serves as an exit, are installed between the parking device 4 and each of the car induction floors 9 and 10 where both lifts are used to transfer a car C between the parking device 4 and each of the floors 9 and 10.
