Abstract:
To ease traffic congestion by accurately estimating the reception capacity of a parking lot and giving a guidance so that a number of vehicles matching the reception capacity enter the parking lot.
At each parking lot 110, a reception reserve capacity calculation part 117 calculates reception reserve capacity from the result of an observation made by a sensor such as a queue length sensor 11 and the capacity of the parking lot 110 and the degree of recommendation calculated by a recommendation calculation part 130 in consideration of the calculation result of other parking lots 120 is displayed on a guide board 140.
