Abstract:
To provide a parking lot management device and a parking lot management system capable of improving the convenience of a user in a parking lot where a restriction member for restricting the leaving of a vehicle is provided in a parking space.SOLUTION: A parking lot management server 10 includes: an acquisition unit 12 for acquiring specific information including first specific information for specifying a parking space 40 and second specific information for specifying a settlement method of a parking fee; a control unit 13 for keeping a condition where the restriction by a flap plate 41 provided in the specific parking space is released until at least the vehicle leaves the specific parking space by controlling the operation of the flap plate 41 provided in the specific parking space specified by the first specification information in response to the acquisition of the specific information; and a settlement unit 14 for determining a parking fee in accordance with a parking period of the vehicle after the leaving of the vehicle from the specific parking space is detected and performing the settlement of the parking fee based on a settlement method specified by the second specific information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
