Abstract:
To provide a parking area management system which remotely manages lending or returning of a plurality of parking areas to users for each parking area, and a program.SOLUTION: A system 10 which manages a plurality of parking areas 20 comprises: a display unit 30 which is installed at each parking area to display parking area information for specifying the parking area; and a management server 50 which communicates with a communication apparatus 90 of a user who wishes to use any of the parking areas to manage the plurality of parking areas. The user transmits, to the management server 50, the parking area information for specifying any of the parking areas via the communication apparatus 90. The management server 50 specifies any of the parking areas based on the parking area information received from the communication apparatus 90 and permits lending of the parking area to the user, and transmits, to the communication apparatus 90, a password code associated with the parking area.
