Abstract:
To contribute to suppression of a disquiet feeling of a user who uses a parking lot when entering or leaving the parking lot.SOLUTION: A parking management device includes: gate means for restricting the advance of a leading vehicle that is going to enter or leave a parking lot and releasing the restriction; a parking instruction device installed in the vicinity of the gate means to execute an instruction about the entering or the leaving; an electronic signboard performing outputting and displaying with respect to a driver of the leading vehicle; output data transmitting means for transmitting output data output by the electronic signboard; and output data creating means for creating output data. The output data creating means uses processing stage data estimated by processing stage estimation means that estimates the current stage of the gate means from among a plurality of stages until the restriction on the entry or exit of the leading vehicle is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
