PURPOSE: To eliminate a space of a multistoried apartment area dedicated for parking by locating a sky parking device at an appropriate position of each floor of a multistoried apartment house, and providing an elevator dedicated for parking, which communicates each floor with a road on the ground.
CONSTITUTION: A parking system is formed by locating a sky parking device 5 inside of two elevators 7 dedicated for parking, and this parking system is arranged at the northern corner of each floor. The sky parking device 5, in which two pallets 8 to be loaded with an automobile are arranged in parallel with each other and these pallets are arranged in two-stages of the upper and the lower, can house eight automobiles 4. Each residence and a parking area are communicated on the same floor to improve the convenience, and a space of a multistoried apartment area dedicated for parking can be applied for other use such as a green belt.
