To provide a bicycle parking device which facilitates setting thereof in an existing parking tower, and can fix a two-wheeler thereto by a support body that absorbs vibration and rocking, to thereby safely load the two-wheeler therein, the bicycle parking device solving the following inconvenience: a conventional bicycle parking device set in a conventional parking tower only loads a two-wheeler on a pallet, and therefore there is a risk of falling of the two-wheeler from the pallet when vibration or rocking of an earthquake occurs.
The bicycle parking device is provided with: a pallet 16 which can be arranged in the existing multi-story parking tower 1, for loading the two-wheeler B thereon; a box-shaped frame body 8 which forms a space on the pallet 16; a transversely moving wheel 10 for transversely moving the frame body 8 between a bicycle parking chamber Y and a vertically moving space E; and a vertically driving section 11 for vertically moving from the vertically moving space E to an entrance place S. The frame body 8 has transversely moving wheels 10 and a vertically driving section 11 arranged on an upper portion thereof, and it is also provided with the pallet 16 hung therefrom, and a support body 9 for setting the pallet 16 as a vibration resistant structure and absorbing vibration. The support body 9 rockably brings the pallet 16 into press-contact with the frame 8, and thus the bicycle parking device is housed in the bicycle parking chamber Y.
