Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part conveyer device of high reliability capable of conveying a part lined up in one direction by a simple constitution.
SOLUTION: A device comprises a guide groove 6 for guiding a part P lined up in one row, conveying member 5 arranged in a bottom surface of the guide groove 6 to be forward/backward movable in a groove direction, and drive means 8, 9 driving the conveying member 5 reciprocated so as to increase a backward moving speed as compared with a forward moving speed thereof. The forward moving speed of the conveying member 5 is a speed of prescribed holding friction force acting between the conveying member 5 and the part P mounted in an upper surface thereof, the backward moving speed of the conveying member 5 is a speed of friction force substantially lost between the conveying member 5 and the part P mounted in an upper surface thereof, and the part P is conveyed in the forward by a difference between the friction forces.
