PURPOSE: To convey a part, comprising a first disc fixed on a columnar shaft and partially notched and second discs fixed at intervals of a specified distance right below the first disc, smoothly at equal intervals and in a state that the directions of the notches of the first disc are extended uniformly.

CONSTITUTION: Suspension plates 15a and 16a are attached to the upper parts of first and second rails 15 and 16. Further, a rotation regulation rail 16b is attached to the upper part of the suspension plate 16a of the second rail 16. A spool 2 is conveyed in a suspension state over a conveyance rail 14 in a state that suspension plates 15a and 16a for the so formed conveyance rail 14 are caused to pass between first and second discs 5 and 6.
