PURPOSE: To surely change the posture of a part of any form into a determined posture without significantly changing a device and supply the part by picking up the posture of the carried part, and comparing it with a desired posture in a computer.
CONSTITUTION: Parts (m) stored in a large quantity on a rotating disc 8 are pushed radially outside by the centrifugal force by high speed rotation, and transferred from its upper edge part onto the flange part 1a of a bowl 1. Since the flange part 1a is also rotated in the same direction at low speed, the parts (m) are carried in a row in a part carrying passage formed of a wire 29 and a side wall forming member according to the rotation of the bowl 1. When the parts (m) pass a slit 14a, the changing shadows according to the postures are read timewise by a CCD camera 33 arranged on the other side opposite to a light source 34, and the image pick-up signals are supplied to a controller and compared with a determined stored posture.
