PURPOSE: To calculate the quantity of position deviation of a part and perform its correction operation during its movement to an initial target position, and correct the position of the part in a short time by producing a correction quantity against the initial target position on the basis of the quantity of the position deviation of the part, and adding this correction quantity to the intial target position and producing a corrected target position.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 35 adsorbs a chip part 36, and a camera unit 30 takes an image of the chip part 36. An image processor recognizes the position of the chip part 36, and a calculating means composed of a CPU for example calculates the quantity of the position deviation of the chip part 36. On the basis of this, a correcting target value producing part 4 produces a servo command value denoting a correction quantity against an initial target position. And an adder part 6 adds the servo command value denoting this correction quantity to a servo command value denotiang an initial target position produced by a target value producing part 2, and supplies it to an adder part 8 and a control part 10. Consequently, it becomes possible to correct the position neglecting nearly correction time, and speed up mounting.
