Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose new part replaceable dust collection equipment capable of operating the equipment, without requiring long-time dust collection stopping, when requiring cleaning of a specific place in a dust collection duct by deposition of dust.SOLUTION: In dust collection equipment of arranging a dust collection hood having an opening on one side or both sides of the upper side of facing to a dust generation source under it via an elbow existing in its extension position of a duct branch pipe connected to a duct main pipe, and in part replaceable dust collection equipment, a replaceable elbow is detachably arranged in an extension position of the duct branch pipe, and the dust collection hood is arranged by interposing an elbow connection pipe just under its replaceable elbow, and while separably connecting the replaceable elbow to the duct branch pipe and the elbow connection pipe in a state of being placed on a frame of a stand, the duct branch pipe, the elbow connection pipe and the dust collection hood are fixed-supported via the stand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
