Abstract:
To provide a technology for manufacturing components of a rotary device by using carbon materials and uniformly dispersing magnetic materials, etc. and resin in order to improve the heat dissipation performance of the rotary device and reduce the weight of a core, etc. and to provide the rotary device.SOLUTION: A component of a rotary device (300) that rotates by means of supplied electric power is provided with a rotary case (301) that forms a housing for the rotary device. The rotary case is made of a mixture of resin (e.g., mainly two-component hardening epoxy resin), carbon material (19) with a specific surface area of 300 m2/g or more, and magnetic material (iron tetroxide). A part of the rotary case is provided with a portion (305) where the magnetic material is concentrated for heat dissipation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 52
