Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform part supply to a work machine also make a device into compactness, by providing a constitution such that when a front end part of each part supply cassette or part transfer loading unit on a first supply table is positioned in a supply point, a part in this position is supplied to the work machine in a front side.
SOLUTION: When part shortage is generated in a prescribed part cassette 1 on a first supply table 9, immediately a part transfer loading unit 8, from a part supply cassette 1 provided with a part of the same kind on a second supply stable 10, receives this part. Here, the part is sucked by a rotary sucker head 8b, transfer loaded in a conveyer 8a and fed forward. During this time, the first supply table 9 takes refuge to the leftward, the part transfer loading unit 8 is moved toward a supply point P, the part leading to a front end part of the conveyer 8a is sucked by a mounting head 5 from the supply point P, to be mounted in a substrate 7 on a work machine 13. In this way, even at part shortage time, quick part mounting work by a supply part can be performed.
