Abstract:

To take out a part by rigidly sucking it even if the part is relatively heavy in weight and difficult to be taken out after being received in a hole or the like, or the part has a three-dimensional curved face such as a spherical body.

A curved-shape part 8a positioned at the opening side of an adsorption body 8 having elasticity is made to abut on a part 3, a penetration hole 15 penetrating a vacuum chamber 16 surrounded by the part 3 and the adsorption body 8 is formed at the adsorption body 8, an air cylinder 5 whose inside is communicative is arranged at the penetration hole 15 formed at the adsorption body 8, negative pressure is generated in the air cylinder 5 by contracting a piston rod 6 which is arranged in the air cylinder 5 so as to be freely advanced and contracted, and the part 3 is rigidly adsorbed by using the negative pressure by increasing the negative pressure in the vacuum chamber 16 surrounded by the part 3 and the adsorption body 8.
