Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part time traffic connection control method without causing any misconnection.
SOLUTION: First, span switching is carried out in the nodes 2 and 3 of both ends of a fault section when a fault takes places and the completion is waited for. When the span switching is completed at the point of time T1, a part time traffic connection request 61 is transmitted from the both nodes 2 and 3 to the other node at the next point of time T2. The respective nodes 2 and 3 execute switching connection of part time traffic after the point of time T3 when they mutually receive the part time traffic connection request 61 from the other node.
