To provide a partial discharge sensor that facilitates manufacture and has wide band characteristics by forming a partial discharge signal detecting pattern for detecting a partial discharge signal inside a gas insulated apparatus on a PCB (printed circuit board) substrate.
The partial discharge sensor includes the PCB substrate, a partial discharge signal detection pattern that is molded on the PCB substrate and detects the partial discharge signal inside the gas insulated apparatus, and a coupling terminal that receives the partial discharge signal detected by the partial discharge signal detection pattern and transmits the partial discharge signal to a connector for pulling it to the outside. The partial discharge sensor is attached to the inner wall of an outer box of the gas insulated apparatus.
