Abstract:
To estimate a partial structure of a sample on the basis of a mass spectrum of the sample.SOLUTION: A partial structure estimation system 10 includes a partial structure estimation model generation unit 12 and a partial structure estimation device 20. The partial structure estimation device 20 generates a first explanation variable by performing a composition estimation on each peak and generates a second explanation variable by performing a composition estimation at each peak interval. The partial structure estimation unit 22 estimates a partial structure as an objective variable on the basis of the first explanation variable and the second explanation variable. In the partial structure estimation model generation unit 12, a partial structure estimation model 18 is generated by a machine learning using a training dataset.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
