To fit a nut rotating tool onto a nipple without being hindered by a spoke and quickly rotate the nut rotating tool by providing a gear engaged with a gear forming the path of the spoke by being partially cut.
A perpendicular direction part to be cut which has depth and width required for rotation is provided to rotate a gear 1, a shaft 2 and a nipple with even a thick spoke as a center. If an arm 5 is rotated with a knob via an arm, a gear 9 and a gear 7 are engaged with the gear 1 when a part 1A to be cut of the gear 1 is located at the gear 7 and when the 1A is located at the gear 9, respectively. Therefore, the gear 1 is rotated in the same direction and at the same speed as a gear 4 by the interlocking of the gear 7, the gear 4 and the gear 9 and rotates the nipple.
