A partially rotatable power receptacle includes: a body provided with an insertion port on one face and a plug on the other face and including at least a rotating shaft member; a rotating body coupled to the body via the rotating shaft member and horizontally rotating along the X axis, which is the vertical direction in the body, as the shaft center at an arbitrary angle; and at least a USB insertion port for supplying power to an electronic apparatus, the USB insertion port being provided at the Y-axis center of the horizontal direction in the rotating body and rotating in association with the rotating body.
