PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle beam irradiation device capable of avoiding interference even if the other device is installed in the neighborhood and the particle beam irradiation device is located within a moving range of the other device.SOLUTION: A scanning irradiation device 1 as a particle beam irradiation device includes beam generation parts 15, 16, and 17 for generating a particle beam 8, a scanning electric magnet 11 as a beam scanning electric magnet for two-dimensionally scanning the particle beam 8, and an irradiation port 10 for irradiating the two-dimensionally scanned particle beam 8 to a patient's affected part. The irradiation port 10 includes an irradiation port fixed part 30 and an irradiation port movable part 20 that is movable with respect to the irradiation port fixed part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
