PURPOSE: To reduce incurring of the pressure loss of a heat-exchange device itself and to stabilize heat-exchange performance.
CONSTITUTION: A heat-exchanger 11 is arranged in a state to be deviated from an air flow pass passage 13 and incurring of a pressure loss is reduced. Size is reduced in a way that the drive shaft of a screw conveyor 23 of a circulating device 16 and the drive shaft of a blower 14 are arranged on the same axis, the power of a motor 25 of the blower 14 is utilized as a rotational drive power, and the air flow pass passage 13 is arranged outside a screw conveyor cover 20. The circulating direction of particles 12 and the direction of an air current 34 form a countercurrent flow therebetween, and heat is transmitted from particles 12 to the air current 34 with high efficiency.
