Title:
PARTICLE FORMING METHOD, AND PARTICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016044148
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of particles, which have a microstructure of peptide having a structure constructed around a core, by the self organization of peptide molecules.SOLUTION: In a particle forming method, the temperature of solution formed by dispersing peptide into solvent that evaporates with temperature rise is locally risen by Joule heating caused by application of a current, a crystal nucleus of peptide is formed, particles of peptide are formed by self-growth of peptide around the crystal nucleus. In the particle forming method, the current is applied by allowing two electrodes to face to each other and flowing the current to the solution that exists in a gap between the two electrodes by applying a voltage between the electrodes, in which the two electrodes have a narrowed shape, and the voltage is applied by allowing the narrowed tips to face to each other. The particles are spherical particles having the particle diameter of 1 μm to 20 μm and a porous body with the average pore diameter of 20nm to 500nm, and have a network structure, which is made up of a plurality of nanowires having the average diameter of 20nm to 300nm, on a surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1a
