Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an exhaust heat recovery type regenerative device which is in a simple steel structure and where filter regeneration can be realized efficiently therein, and so damage of the filter can be sustained through stable combustion. CONSTITUTION:A judgement (S5) of the filter regeneration timing is made by the integrated operating time of a diesel engine, and in the regeneration process a compound control (S8-S12) of the feed-forward control and the feedback control is realized where the target regeneration temperature D0 is calculated based on the operating conditions, an error DELTAD between the target regeneration temperature and the detected temperature (D) of the exhaust gas is calculated, and at the same time, the injection timing is delayed by throttling the intake air in response to the error DELTAD. Then, the exhaust gas temperature is raised and particulates built up on the filter are ignited and combusted by heat of the exhaust gas to regenerate the filter.
