Abstract:
To realize reduction of running cost and industrial waste by making it possible to efficiently separate and remove in short time deteriorated coating attached on a surface of a particulate material, by uniformly and evenly imparting a minimum necessary impact on the particulate material.SOLUTION: A swirling flow type regenerator 8 is supplied with a compressed gas from a booster 7 and a particulate catalyst which is required to regenerate due to attachment of a reaction inhibitor on a surface by catalytic reaction in a catalytic reactor 1, and swirls the particulate catalyst by swirling flow generated by the compressed gas. Collision with the inner wall or collision of the particulate catalysts separates the particulate catalyst and the reaction inhibitor to regenerate the particulate catalyst. While The particulate catalyst regenerated from the swirling flow type regenerator 8 is extracted and the particulate catalyst is recirculated to the catalytic reactor 1, the reaction inhibitor swirling around the center in the swirling flow type regenerator 8 is extracted and the reaction inhibitor is recovered from a fine powder discharge pipe 8d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
