CONSTITUTION: The powder and the particulate matters are supplied from a hopper 7 with a screw type supplier after the upward flow of air passing through the chamber 1 becomes constant. Then, an atomized spray liq. is introduced from a spray head 8, the powder and the particulate matters are carried to a ceiling part 9 with an opening, pass through the filter bed having packed beads, which are a scattered body collecting filter 12, and the air, powder or particles are discharged to the outdoor air. On the other hand, the powder trapped into the filter 12 is shaked off into the chamber 1 with a vibration motor 16.
