Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle sensor capable of preventing two connectors from being connected erroneously to mating connectors.SOLUTION: A fine particle sensor 1 includes: a first terminal member 71 conducted to a metal fitting 10 as a ground potential PVE; a second terminal member 72 conducted to a first electrode 23 and the like as a first electric potential PV1; a first connector 70 having a third terminal member 73 conducted to a second electrode 33 as a second electric potential PV2; a fourth terminal member 81 conducted to the metal fitting 10 as the ground potential PVE; a fifth terminal member 82 conducted to the first electrode 23 and the like as the first electric potential PV1; and a second connector 80 having a sixth terminal member 83 conducted to an auxiliary electrode 43 as a third electric potential PV3. The first connector 70 and the second connector 80 include at least one difference so as to view the difference between each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
