Abstract:
To provide a partition device for preventing contamination of a front surface of a shield plate by a splash even in a continuous use, and also capable of keeping an excellently sanitary state for a long time.SOLUTION: A partition device includes: a shield plate 1 having transmissivity and erected in a right and left direction on an arrangement surface S; an air supply passage 6 where intake ports 3 for taking-in air are arranged at one end and air outlets 5 for blowing-out the air taken-in from the intake ports 3 are arranged at the other end; and blowing means 4 arranged in the air supply passage 6 so as to form an air curtain along at least one front surface of the front and rear sides of the shield plate 1 by blowing the air from the air outlets 5. Thus, the splash coming toward the front surface of the shield plate 1 can be shielded by the air curtain, thereby to prevent attachment of the splash onto the front surface of the shield plate 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
