Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning frame capable of easily carrying out maintenance of tubes laid under floor concrete in a simple manner and is easy-to-break when reforming allowing future reform and concrete work, and to provide a maintenance method and a retrofitting method of tubes under floor concrete.SOLUTION: The partitioning frame includes: a frame for partitioning a partial area of under floor concrete in a foundation of a home unit; and partitions in the frame.
