To provide a partition panel that can move smoothly while reducing swing of a lower end (inclination) during the movement, and a partition device provided with the partition panel.
In a partition panel 1, a lower end 13 thereof is provided with a caster 30 travelable on a floor 3, and an upper end 11 thereof is provided with an upper guide 20 guided by an upper rail 40 disposed under a ceiling 2 and opening downward. The upper guide 20 includes a vertical shaft 22 that is arranged so as to project upward, and a roller part 23 that has at least two side wall rollers 24 and 25, arranged so as be piled up in an axial direction of the vertical shaft 22 and rotatable around the vertical shaft, and is accommodated in the upper rail 40. When the partition panel 1 is moved, the side wall rollers 24 and 25 are brought into contact with the side walls 42 of the upper rail 40 to be rotated, whereby the upper end of the partition panel 1 is guided.
