A door case-like flat case 1 is fixed to a ceiling section via a fixing rod 11; a partition body 2 is housed in a freely protruding/receding manner in the flat case 1; a lower edge of the partition body 2 is placed on many receiving rollers 15 which are laid on the inner bottom surface of the case; a supporting roller coming into contact with a floor surface is suspended in the lower portion of the front end of the partition body 2; a stopper portion, which is provided at the corner of the upper edge of the back end of the partition body, is composed of a mounting bracket with an approximately L-shaped plane, which is protruded upward from the corner of the partition body, a stiffening plate with a seismic isolation function, which is annexed to the mounting bracket, and an adjuster which is protrusively provided by inserting the mounting bracket through the rear side surface of the stiffening plate. Further, a stopper body for regulating a pull-out range of the partition body by abutting on the stiffening plate is suspended from the opening ceiling of the flat case.
