To feed a wire in a partition wall panel, even if a construction error is generated in an upper ceiling backing.
An upper end surface part of the partition wall panel 4 erected on a floor 3 is connected to the upper ceiling backing 1, and a side end part of a lower ceiling backing 2 is connected to a side surface part of the partition wall panel 4. The upper ceiling backing 1 is constituted by installing an upper run-out preventive sash bar 15 between end parts in the longitudinal direction of a plurality of upper ceiling joists 12. A part including the upper run-out preventive sash bar 15 of the end parts in the longitudinal direction of the upper ceiling joists 12, is constituted so as to excessively project by a dimension α by going over a correct erecting position of the partition wall panel 4 on design. The dimension α is set to α ≥ α1 + α2 (α1 is a dimension of the construction error in the upper ceiling backing 11 predicted at a job site, and α2 is a lateral width dimension orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the upper run-out preventive sash bar 15). A wire feeding hole 4d is arranged for communicating with a wiring space 4c inside of the partition wall panel 4. The wire 20 is inserted into the wiring space 4c from the wire feeding hole 4d.
