A partitioning frame 4 for partitioning the inside of water vessel 3A into plural sections is installed in the floral vase 3 in order to allow the flowers to be inserted into any portion of the water vessel 3A. In addition, the detachable constitution of the partitioning frame 4 enables the above parts to be easily cleaned, and the abundant supply of clean water to the flowers can make the flowers last longer.
