CONSTITUTION: A plurality of units 1 to 3 each of which exhibits a required form in a three-dimensional space with panels 4 to 6 are formed while an entrance door 7, windows 8, 8, etc., are provided on required portions on each of the units 1 to 3. These units 1 to 3 are appropriately combined, coupled and fixed with each other with appropriate coupling means. Or plugs 18... are provided on both ends of each unit 1 to 3 with electric wiring performed inside in advance and the plugs can be connected with one another when the units are assembled. Further a lighting fixture or other accessories required for a room are installed in advance.
