Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts conveying device capable of surely separating a top part from a second part even when the parts are made of a nonmagnetic substance and capable of easily extracting the top part.
SOLUTION: This parts conveying device is provided with a guide groove for aligning and guiding parts P in a line, a conveying member M arranged on the bottom face of the guide groove and longitudinally movable in the groove direction, and a driving means reciprocating the conveying member M. When the conveying member M is advanced at a low speed and retreated at a high speed, the parts P are conveyed forward. The parts conveying device is also provided with a stopper S taking opening/closing actions in the width direction against the guide groove and holding a second part P2 from the top among the parts P conveyed on the conveying member M and a synchronizing means opening/closing the stopper S synchronously with the longitudinal movement of the conveying member M. After the stopper S holds the second part P2, the conveying member M is moved further forward to separate the top part P1 from the second part P2.
