Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light weight and an excellent appearance by a method wherein parts for fishing and sporting goods are composed of a fiber reinforced material in which reinforcing fibers arranged properly in a specific direction are impregnated with a matrix material, and a specific surface roughness is provided under a state in which the reinforcing fibers are exposed.
SOLUTION: Parts proper 1 are composed of a fiber reinforced prepreg fiber reinforced metal wherein reinforcing fibers 2 of a carbon fiber, a glass fiber, etc., are impregnated with a matrix material 3 of a synthetic resin of an epoxy resin or the like and a metal or the like of Al, Mg, etc., For example, when the part proper 1 is a pole on which fiber reinforced prepreg in which properly arranged carbon fibers are impregnated with the epoxy resin is wound, after winding the fiber reinforced prepreg, the surface is polished so as to exposes the reinforcing fibers 2. Then, a synthetic rein 4 such as an epoxy resin, a urethane resin, a fluororesin, etc., is coated on the surface by spray coating or the like, and the synthetic resin 4 is polished so that the reinforcing fibers 2 are exposed. Thus, a surface roughness is 5μm or under under a state in which the reinforcing fibers are exposed.
