Clip bodies provided in a plurality of places of a fitted part such as a door trim are inserted in fitting holes of a fitting object such as a door steel plate to fit the fitted part to the fitting object. A parts fitting clip of such constitution is provided with a base seat part 10 jointed to the fitted part, individual connecting pieces 16, 28 integrally formed at the base seat part 10 and the clip body 20, and a connecting part 30 formed of elastic material to connect both connecting pieces 16, 28 in such a way as to wrap them in the opposed state with specified distance.
