Abstract:

To manufacture a plurality of assembly parts by a common device by arranging a parts detector, welding unit, takeout unit in order around a turntable.

At a position C of a turntable 8 a parts detector 10 is disposed so that the mounting conditions of each of parts are detected thereby. AT a position E a laser welding unit 11 is disposed to weld two parts brought into close contact with each other. At a position G, a take-out device for taking out first assembly parts and second assembly parts from a head and a parts detector 12 are arranged, and the first and second assembly parts are taken out from the head and also whether any part remains on the head or not is detected by the detector 12.
