Abstract:
To provide a component mounting equipment having a servo motor for each of multiple component holding parts capable of precisely and stably controlling mounting load.SOLUTION: A component mounting equipment 1 has a mount head which is provided with a servo motor 41 for each of multiple component holding parts 31. The component mounting equipment has a first storage part 57 as a correlation data storage part which stores, for each of the multiple servo motors 41, a piece of correlation data representing the correlation between the thrust of the servo motor 41 and the load which is generated on the front end of component holding part. The component mounting equipment is configured so as to, when performing a component mount work, set a thrust limit value for limiting the thrust generated by the servo motor on the basis of the correlation data to limit the thrust of the servo motor to be equal to or smaller than the thrust limit value when lowering the component holding part toward the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
