PURPOSE: To obtain the part production planning system which can meet a season fluctuation of the total demand quantity and a variation of a sales source and the kind of a machine by forming and correcting production planning of parts in accordance with the production planning of the product, a purchase strategy and a capacity adjustment result.
CONSTITUTION: A data input/output device 1 has an input/output display of data and an arithmetic processing function, and a purchase strategy determined device 3 determines a purchase strategy of parts by using a purchase coefficient for showing a ratio of the purchase quantity, based on demand predictive data, parts stock information, a production state of a parts production process, and purchase strategy knowledge. Also, a strategy knowledge base 2 has the purchase strategy knowledge of parts, a production capacity adjusting device 4 predicts the production state of the parts production process, executes production capacity adjustment, a parts production planning forming device 5 forms and corrects the production planning of parts, based on the production planning of the product and the purchase strategy, and a data storage device 6 stores production control information including parts and line information.
