Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a parts supply equipment wherein the tension for reeling a vacant base material tape of a parts supply tape for assembling does not exert an influence upon the positioning the parts supply tape for assembling.
CONSTITUTION: The equipment has a conveying means which is fixed to a mounting machine and intermittently carries a parts supply tape 2 for assembling, at specified intervals, and supplies parts for assembling to a suction nozzle 11. In the driving mechanism of a reeling means which reels a vacant base material tape 1b, the following are installed; an unidirectional rotary mechanism 42 for rotating a reel 3b in one direction, a specified interval reeling means for intermittently driving the unidirectional rotary mechanism 42 via a spring 39 having a specific tension, and a tension releasing means 43 which prevents a tension form being applied to the reeling vacant base material tape, during intermediate interruption period of the intermittent reeling.
